Our Quality Control team plays a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring products are fresh, and preventing service failures. We are seeking a Daytime Quality Control Inspector who will help us uphold these high standards. Position Overview: The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of warehouse inventory through cycle counting, expiration date checks, and other inventory control processes. This position requires a detail-oriented and highly dependable individual who thrives working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile variances to ensure inventory accuracy. • Perform product inspections and monitor expiration dates to maintain product integrity. • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with warehouse and customer service teams. • Document findings, update records, and maintain accurate reporting in inventory systems. • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen QC and inventory processes. • Support warehouse operations as needed to prevent customer service issues. Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Basic computer skills; experience with inventory management systems a plus. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to meet physical requirements of the job (standing, walking, lifting up to [40 lbs]).
